2005 JFK Dinner

The JFK banquet was held on Tuesday, November 29th and was an unqualified success due to the tremendous efforts and generosity of many individuals and local businesses. We'd especially like to acknowledge the efforts of Ms. Kathy Ellis (Chair) and the JFK Banquet committee as well as our own party chair, and the evening's emcee, Brian Cronin. The keynote speaker, the Honorable Brian Schweitzer, Governor of Montana addressed (or perhaps more accurately, charmed) the capacity crowd in The Grove Hotel Ballroom. The governor's riveting speech built on the already electric mood of the evening established in part by an historically beneficial auction. The proceeds from this event will enhance our ability to mobilize voters and support our local candidates in the 2006 election. Again, thanks go out to all who helped with this event and to Governor Schweitzer for his inspiring appearance. The following are a few pictures taken at the banquet.
