Precinct Captains and Vice Precinct Captains
Precinct Captains represent registered Democrats within their precinct and are elected at the biennial primary election held in May of each even year. Vice Precinct Captains support Precinct Captains and fill the role of Precinct Captains when they are unable to do so themselves. Precinct Captains are voting members of the Ada County Democratic Central Committee and members of their respective Legislative District Committees.
Any empty precincts can use a Precinct Captain. Contact the District Chair if you are interested. It is a great way to get engaged without a lot of work. Any precincts without a Vice Captain has that position open.
